Spinnaker Ridge is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) consisting of single family homes.

There is a swimming pool and a clubhouse. Many of the units have views, and the views from a few of the streets within Spinnaker Ridge are spectacular.

There is a restriction that no more than 6 units can be rented.
