Point Evans on the Narrows condominiums is one of the hidden treasures in Gig Harbor. It has a park like setting and is surprisingly quiet. It is very close to the Narrows Bridge but it is just north of Point Evans and the point blocks the road noise that you would expect to hear from the bridge. It is also close to Hwy 16 but the Hwy noise is blocked as well.

There are 8 buildings and 32 units. 5 of the buildings and 20 of the units are on the high bank waterfront and enjoy views of the Sound, Mount Rainier, and the railroad across the Sound.
