| Heron Pointe was built in
2002 and it was a very exciting condominium project.
It was virtually sold out before it was built. Gordon
Rush was the builder and he offered sale reservations
when it was still in the process of being approved.
Heron Pointe has 3 rows of buildings facing the
Sound. The original pricing was in the $700,000 range
on the
front row but these units ended up selling from $726,000 to $1,025,000.
The original pricing for the middle units was in the $500,000 range and these units sold from $579,000 to $710,000.
The original pricing for the back units was in the $400,000's and they sold from $625,000 to $709,000.
The actual prices significantly exceeded the planned prices which is a testimony to the demand for this project.
Some of these units are quite large – approximating
5,000 sf. and some have additional garages that are
appropriate for RV’s.
The views are amazing and these condos are certainly
one of the treasures of Gig Harbor.
