Edgewater is right in town and as its name implies, on the water’s edge. It is a single building of 18 units that range in size from 1,100 – 1,400 sf. There is also a marina that is adjacent to the building. These are a great find for someone looking for a smaller waterfront home that is right in the City of Gig Harbor.

The Edgewater Condominiums used to be an apartment complex named “Murphy’s Landing”. In 1999 there was a condo conversion with mild renovations to the units. They were a neat opportunity and sold very well. After the initial sale, some of the units had significant renovations by the new individual owners.
